Cookie Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026.
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies LEX ESTATES uses and how you can control them. The operator of the site is RAZMIK KHACHATRIAN LEX AGENCY, ul. Długa 57c, 53-633 Wrocław, Poland.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, work the same way. In this policy we call all of them cookies.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary. These keep the site working and secure, and they remember your privacy choice in your browser for up to 12 months. They need no consent, and the site cannot work properly without them.
- Security check. On the request form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is used by a person and not by a bot. It may process technical data about your browser and connection. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies.
- Analytics. Optional. At the date of this policy the site runs no analytics tools. If we add them, they will start only after your consent.
- Marketing. Optional. At the date of this policy the site runs no advertising or marketing cookies. If we add them, they will start only after your consent.
3. Third parties
When you pay, you move to PayPal's own website, where PayPal's cookie rules apply. Links to WhatsApp, Telegram and other outside services lead to sites with their own cookie rules. We do not control those cookies.
4. Your choice
On your first visit a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject optional ones or choose by category. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, including the form, may then stop working.
5. Contact and changes
Questions about cookies can be sent to request@lex-estates.com. We update this policy whenever the tools on the site change, and the date above shows the current version. For more about personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
