This policy sets out how lex-estates.com may be used. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Allowed use

You may read the materials, share links to them, submit honest requests and contact us about your own property plans.

2. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Break the law or violate the rights of others through the site.
• Give false information, use another person's identity or use another person's payment method.
• Use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful transaction.
• Attack, overload or probe the site, spread malware or bypass its security checks.
• Scrape or copy content or data in bulk, including for training automated systems, without our written permission.
• Send spam, advertising or abusive messages through the forms.
• Resell or publish the selections you receive.

3. Compliance checks

We follow anti-money-laundering rules and do not accept payment in cryptocurrency. For larger matters we or our lawyers may ask for identity documents and proof of the source of funds. We may refuse any work that we cannot lawfully carry out.

4. Enforcement

If this policy is breached, we may reject requests, block access, cancel an order and report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it. You are responsible for any damage caused by a breach.
