Service-Specific Terms

These terms apply to the paid property selection offered on lex-estates.com by RAZMIK KHACHATRIAN LEX AGENCY, NIP 8971947077, REGON 540489158, ul. Długa 57c, 53-633 Wrocław, Poland. They add to our Terms and Conditions and prevail for this service if the two differ.

1. The service

We select real estate according to your request and send the chosen number of properties to your email within 24 hours after payment. The result is an information product: a list of suitable properties prepared for you. The site itself is not a property catalogue.

2. Prices

• 1 property: €35 (about $39).
• 3 properties: €90 (about $100).
• 5 properties: €135 (about $150).
• 10 properties: €240 (about $270).

Dollar amounts are approximate. Payment is taken in euros through PayPal.

3. How the contract is formed

You fill in the form, choose the number of properties and pay through PayPal. The contract is formed when the payment is completed, and we confirm it by email. By ordering, you ask us to start work right after payment.

4. Your information

The selection depends on the details you give us. If your request is unclear or incomplete, we may ask for more information, and the 24 hours run from the moment we have what we need.

5. If nothing suitable exists

If no suitable properties are available for your request, we tell you and refund your payment in full under our Refund Policy.

6. What the service does not include

The selection does not include viewings, negotiation, legal due diligence, tax advice or support at signing. Our lawyers and agents can provide these under a separate agreement. We do not guarantee price, availability, returns or the outcome of a transaction.

7. Licensed activities and fees

Where local law requires a licence, properties are offered by licensed local professionals or by the sellers themselves. Any remuneration from a seller or developer is disclosed to the client.

8. Use of the selection

The selection is for your own use. You may share it with your family and advisers, but you may not resell or publish it.

9. Consumer rights

Consumer withdrawal rights apply under the applicable law. Details are in our Refund Policy.
