Refund Policy

This policy explains when you get your money back for a property selection ordered on lex-estates.com from RAZMIK KHACHATRIAN LEX AGENCY, ul. Długa 57c, 53-633 Wrocław, Poland.

1. When you get a full refund

• No suitable properties exist for your request.
• We did not send the selection within 24 hours after payment and you no longer want it.
• You paid twice for the same order by mistake (the duplicate payment is refunded).
• You cancel before we have sent the selection.

2. After the selection has been delivered

The selection is prepared individually and delivered electronically, so once it has been fully delivered the payment is normally final. If what you received does not match your request, for example the wrong country or property type, write to us and we will correct the selection free of charge. If we cannot correct it, we will refund the part that does not match.

3. Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Because you ask us to start right after payment, this right ends once the selection has been fully delivered, as far as the law allows. Your other mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

4. How to request a refund

Write to request@lex-estates.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and give your order number (LE-…), the email address used for the order, the payment date and the reason for your request.

5. How and when we pay

If you lawfully withdraw from the contract, we refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your statement. For all other requests we reply within 14 days and pay an approved refund within 14 days of our decision. Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal, in euros. PayPal and your bank may charge their own conversion fees, and these are outside our control.

6. Separate services

Legal support, viewings and other work under a separate agreement follow the refund terms of that agreement.

7. Disputes and changes

If you disagree with a decision, please write to us first. You keep your rights under PayPal's buyer protection and under the law. We may update this policy, and the version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
