Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 31 October 2026.
These terms govern your use of lex-estates.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by RAZMIK KHACHATRIAN LEX AGENCY, NIP 8971947077, REGON 540489158, ul. Długa 57c, 53-633 Wrocław, Poland ("we"). Contact: request@lex-estates.com, +48 572 288 621.
2. What the site offers
LEX ESTATES publishes information about buying, owning and investing in real estate abroad, and it sells a paid property selection delivered by email. The site is not a property catalogue or a marketplace. The selection itself is governed by our Service-Specific Terms, and refunds by our Refund Policy.
3. Using the site
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You agree to give accurate information and to use the site lawfully. Our Usage Policy lists what is not allowed.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in euros before you pay, and dollar amounts are approximate. Payment is taken in euros through PayPal, so we never receive your card details. The contract is formed when your payment is completed. Any conversion fees charged by PayPal or your bank are your responsibility.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, design, images, logos and database of the site belong to us or to other rights holders. You may read them and share links to them. Copying, republishing or commercial use requires our written permission.
6. Information on the site
Materials on the site are general information and may become outdated. They are not personal legal, tax or investment advice. See our Disclaimer for details.
7. Third-party sites
The site links to outside resources and uses outside services such as PayPal, Cloudflare, WhatsApp and Telegram. We are not responsible for their content, availability or rules.
8. Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a paid selection is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights of consumers.
9. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as war, natural disasters, power or internet outages, or acts of public authorities.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in our Cookie Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers also keep the mandatory protection of the country where they live. Please write to us first, and we will try to settle any dispute by negotiation. If that fails, the dispute goes to the competent court at our registered address, unless mandatory law gives a consumer the right to sue elsewhere.
12. Changes and language
We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order. The site is available in several languages. If versions differ, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law says otherwise. If a clause is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
